The ‘Magistrale’ is getting another direct connection to France. In the period from 8 July to 26 August 2023, a TGV will run on Saturdays via Karlsruhe, Strasbourg and Marne la Vallée-Chessy (Disneyland) to Bordeaux. Departure from Frankfurt Central Station is at 08:06, arrival at Bordeaux-St-Jean Station at 14:35. In the opposite direction, the train also only runs on Saturdays. Departure from Bordeaux is at 15:58, arrival in Karlsruhe is 22:18. According to DB, the train is expected to be bookable from 1 February.
